I'm Sam Warth. I design circuits, write firmware, provision infrastructure, and ship frontends — then stand behind the whole chain. Most engineers specialize in one layer. I architect across all of them, from the copper traces on a PCB to the Stripe webhook that bills a customer.
As founder-CTO of PaktPerfect, I've taken a product from zero to 500+ active users — handling everything from real-time collaborative canvas rendering to multi-tenant billing architecture. As a hardware engineer on the Cartainers project, I've gone from KiCad schematic to field-deployed ESP32 sensors with live cloud dashboards.
Currently shipping PaktPerfect features based on customer feedback while building AutoTopo — a desktop app that turns topographic data into 3D-printable relief models using Rust, Python, and React.

Solo-founded and built production SaaS for the precision-cut foam industry. Grew from zero to 500+ active users. Designed and implemented the entire stack: real-time collaborative canvas, multi-tenant architecture with Stripe billing, and role-based org hierarchies. Shipping features based on direct customer feedback.
Building a desktop application that transforms geospatial data into physical 3D-printed terrain models. Engineered the full pipeline: raster elevation data → vector geometry processing → print-optimized layer slicing. Rust backend handles heavy computation; React frontend provides interactive exploration. Ships native via Tauri.
Designed custom PCBs for IoT environmental monitoring inside climate-controlled vehicle storage. Full hardware lifecycle: KiCad schematic → Gerber fabrication → ESP32/ESPHome firmware → Home Assistant dashboards → Docker-deployed cloud aggregation. Devices monitor temperature, humidity, and battery with cloud alerting.
